Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item you receive is the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In the event an order is confirmed as incorrect, we will take responsibility and provide a replacement of the item at no extra cost.

Damages and issues
If the received item is defective or damaged, we can evaluate. However, as stated in our Shipping Policy, we will not be responsible for damages incurred during transit.
